Liina and I have been feeling a very strange emptiness over the past few days. This past Saturday, we sent our 2 interns back to America and our 2 Estonian interns back home to rest. One of the girls, Logan (middle of picture) was our adopted daughter for the summer. She lived with us, and we tried to make her feel like she had a home away from home. She was a lot of fun to have around and I know that Liina misses their girl time. She is deeply missed by us along with our other interns. Luckily, we will get to see Evelin and Kati back in Tartu since they are from our church Risttee. Our lone ranger Brett also made it back to Atlanta. It has been great watching him grow and mature over the past few years. Brett returned this summer for his second summer internship and it has been awesome to watch God continue to turn his world upside-down. We don't know what the future holds for him, but it may be Estonia. He would make a great addition to our full-time team one day. He will be in our prayers as he continues to let God lead him. Thank you all for all of your prayers through the summer. It has been a long summer, but God has done so many things in many churches around Estonia and also in our own lives. This will be a summer to remember.
