This is Jackie and Busie. Busie is our main boss, but we pretty much do whatever we are asked or told to do. Liina has been helping organize things and I have been helping with paper work with writing community profiles for donors. It has been a busy week with meetings and getting things ready for the team to move hopefully in the middle of this month to our new offices. Over the next few weeks I will be helping with developing workshops, helping develop the team, and also training on how to do basic things like time management, running meetings, evaluations, and team building. I guess I will be working with helping Busie with Executive Administration tasks. There is a lot of things that need to get done and we hope that we have enough time to leave a few fingerprints on a team that really helps things run. God has placed us in a very strategic place and we are happy to serve Him.
